To my Masonic Family at Tampa Bay Lodge No. 252, I am honored to serve as your Friend, Brother and Worshipful Master for our 100th. Anniversary Year 2025. I Look forward to your support as I assume the sacred duties of guiding our Lodge with integrity, humility, and a steadfast commitment to the principles of Freemasonry.

May the Grand Architect of the Universe grant me wisdom and strength in this honorable endeavor. I sincerely thank you for entrusting me with this esteemed responsibility. However, our Lodge's strength and well being lies with all of us, excluding none and, through the dedication and unity of our members, together, we can achieve remarkable things.

This is why I strongly encourage you to actively participate in our many endeavors. Your involvement ensures the vibrancy and relevancy of our Lodge, enriching both our internal fellowship and our external Masonic impact upon our community.

Freemasonry teaches us the importance of brotherhood, moral integrity, and community service. These principles have guided our Lodge for generations, fostering personal growth and collective harmony. In 2025, as in days of old when Hiram walked the streets of antiquity,  Masonry remains a vital presence in our community.

This past December 2024 this Lodge donated $1,000 to a local Safety Harbor Charity, The Mattie William’s Neighborhood Family Center. In 2023-2024 their Food Pantry served 25,900 households, 1,057 senior home deliveries, 72,000 pounds of food & product were distributed, and 16,941 adults and 8,917 children were fed.

Our hard earned, donated Lodge dollars will help and assist other charities as well, such as,  this past February when Tampa Bay Lodge Earned a net $1,141.00 flipping hamburgs and hot dogs at an American Legion Charity Event and, the proceeds of our work went into our Lodge Charity Account.

We have donated charity dollars to the Fisher House at the Bay Pines VA Hospital.

They provide free housing to the families visiting their loved ones, the veterans who proudly served our Counrty.

Our Rainbow Girls local chapter has the love and respect of Tampa Bay Lodge and, our charity dollars often find their way toward their support. Their Leaders, Advisors and Matrons are a team of dedicated Masonic minded Ladies who advise, instruct, tutor and nurture their young girls; and in turn these young ladies gain inestimable self worth, grace and confidence.

This year our Lodge has invited our Entered Apprentices and Fellow Crafts to join us in our monthly Officers Meeting and Communications Committee Meeting. By bringing them into ongoing dialog they bring fresh ideas, technical advice and solutions, as well as work skills beneficial to our Lodge. They see first hand our engagement in Lodge matters, in our charitable activity and in our endeavor to make good men better.

Through our invitation and their willingness to engage we have the inclusion of diverse voices in and out of the Lodge. I emphasize to them that this is their Lodge, as well as our Lodge, and that we are all here to make it the best we can. I believe this strengthens the bonds among new brethren, and their families, thereby reinforcing their Fraternal ties with all Tampa Bay Lodge Brethren.

Fraternally,

W:.M:. Lou Ange
